Job Full Description
Our client, a manufacturer in the Mississauga area, is looking for a Machine Operator for a temporary assignment, starting as soon as possible. If you have 1-2 years working in a machine operator role and are open to working a temporary assignment, we want to hear from you.
What our client offers:
- 22.00/hr. + shift premium
- Afternoon Shift, Monday to Friday 2:30pm to 11:30pm
- Potential for longer term opportunities based on personal performance and business needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and troubleshoot different machines during production
- Check for quality issues as product comes off the machine
- Support the production team to ensure machines are producing parts to meet targets and KPI’s
- Problem solves any issues that arise
- Other duties assigned by the manager
Qualifications:
- Experience operating, setup, and maintaining machinery
- Ability and experience to perform quality checks
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
