Mississauga location organization in the distribution industry is looking for a Customer Service Representative for a temporary assignment. If you have strong data entry skills and enjoy supporting customers, this role could be for you.
What Does the Company Offer:
- 19.00/hr. +
- Full time hours, Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm, In office
- Join a fast-paced environment and learn new skills
What’s The Responsibilities of the Role:
- Respond to customer inquiry calls and emails
- Verify orders and entry into ERP system
- Uploading customer information from ERP to SAP
- Work with other CSR’s and Warehouse to ensure orders are up to date
- Follow ups with customer inquiries
- Other duties assigned by CSR Supervisor
Qualification For the Role:
- Strong data entry skills (accuracy and speed)
- Strong customer service skills
- High attention to details is a must
- Must be able to work onsite, 5 days/week
