Our manufacturing client in the Mississauga area is looking for a hands-on, people-focused Logistics Manager to run our warehouse operations, keep inventory tight, and make sure products get where they need to go—on time, every time

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support our warehouse and storeroom team
- Set goals, track KPIs, and keep operations running efficiently
- Build processes and make improvements that move the business forward
- Monitor materials and ensure accurate transaction records
- Oversee cycle counts and fix discrepancies
- Make smart layout and space decisions to maximize storage
- Plan delivery schedules and drop shipments
- Coordinate with brokers, LTL/FTL carriers, couriers, and other partners
- Work closely with suppliers and customers to keep things on time and cost-effective
- Hire, train, mentor, and coach warehouse/logistics staff
- Provide feedback, handle escalations, and manage performance
- Support a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Support budgeting and cost management
- Prepare reports for senior management
- Stay up to date with logistics trends and bring forward new ideas
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, or related field
- 2–5+ years in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain
- ERP experience (Epicor is a bonus!)
- Strong decision-making, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Solid knowledge of logistics operations, transportation, and inventory management
