Job Full Description
Are you an Commercial Furniture Planner? Do you have a specialization in the commercial interior design space and are looking for a new role? If so, we have a great new opportunity for you. If you have 3-5 years of space planning, project management, and vendor management experience and live in the Markham region, this role could be for you.

- 65,000k+ (Depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct space assessments and analyze current and future facility needs to develop detailed layout plans.
- Develop architectural and engineering drawings using commercial 20/20 Design
- Ensure all designs and renovations comply with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and construction teams to coordinate project implementation.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively, overseeing the construction and renovation processes.
- Select appropriate materials and furnishings that meet design aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability goals.
- Prepare and present design proposals and reports to stakeholders and management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in facility planning, space planning, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 20/20 Design
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, building systems, codes, and construction processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
