Business Development Specialist (Entry‑Level Friendly)
Express Employment Professionals – Mississauga South is growing, and we’re looking for an energetic and motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team!

What You’ll Do
- Connect with potential clients through phone calls, emails, in‑person visits, and scheduled meetings
- Build and grow relationships by introducing businesses to our staffing solutions
- Support existing clients with check‑ins, follow‑ups, satisfaction reviews, and account support
- Help increase our presence on social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
- Learn how to present services and assist with pricing discussions
- Maintain and grow a client database through consistent outreach and relationship building
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a client‑facing role (B2B or B2C)
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, confident approach
- A positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn
- Valid G driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Comfortable working onsite Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
