We’re looking for a Warehouse operation lead who can support one of our clients warehouse operations based out of Milton. This is a hands-on role where you’ll direct the warehouse laborers and temporary warehouse laborers to provide priorities and resolve conflicts to efficiently fulfill orders on a daily basis.
What’s Offered
- $25-$30/Hr (Depending upon experience)
- Monday to Friday 7.30 AM - 4.30PM
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute daily, weekly and monthly shift activities as required to provide timely fulfillment and shipping of all orders
- Direct the warehouse laborers and temporary warehouse laborers to provide priorities and resolve conflicts to efficiently fulfill orders on a daily basis.
- Shipping duties include supervising accurate labeling and auditing orders, load trucks and processing of BOL.
- Receiving duties include; unloading containers, put away product, reconciling paperwork and maintaining an accurate inventory.
- Picking includes accurate picking of all orders in full and on time.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years managing multiple functions within a manufacturing or distribution facility, specifically coordinating order picking and stock-keeping functions
- Lead or supervisor experience
- Operating warehouse equipment experience including order picker. Stand up reach and sit down experience with swing reach experience a plus
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems
- Commitment to workplace safety
