Machine Operator – Night Shift
Location: Mississauga, ON
Our client, a reputable manufacturing company in Mississauga, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team on a permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of experience who is reliable, motivated, and passionate about working in a fast-paced production environment.
What’s Offered
- $22.00/hour + shift premium
- Training on Day Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- Transition to Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 6:30 AM (once trained)
- Must be available to work both shifts

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and troubleshoot production machinery efficiently
- Monitor product output and perform quality checks
- Identify defects and ensure products meet quality standards
- Support production teams in achieving targets and KPIs
- Troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience operating, setting up, and maintaining machinery
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality inspections
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to train on day shift (minimum 1 month) and transition to nights
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Reliable and safety-conscious
