Mechanical Assembler
Location: Etobicoke, ON
Our client, a well-established manufacturer in the Etobicoke area, is hiring Mechanical Assemblers to support growing production needs.
This is a 3-month contract role with strong potential for permanent placement for reliable and hardworking candidates.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Assemble mechanical components using hand and power tools
- Install and fasten screws, bolts, and hardware with proper alignment and torque
- Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Record completed work, inspections, and any issues encountered
- Follow all safety procedures when using tools and materials
- Participate in training to learn blueprint reading and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- Safely operate cranes, ladders, and material-handling equipment
- Meet production targets while maintaining quality and safety
- Follow company policies and procedures at all times
What You Bring
- Up to 1 year of experience in mechanical or assembly work
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Hands-on experience using hand tools
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to read or learn to read blueprints
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Reliable and safety-focused
