Project Coordinator-
Salary Range- Based on experience
Location- Niagara Region
Our client in Niagara Falls is looking for a Project Coordinator in construction.
They are currently looking for a responsible, charismatic and hardworking individual who could fill in a role as an Construction Project Coordinator who can work independently and take initiative while managing multiple jobs.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years of experience in the construction industry
- Diploma, certificate or degree in Building Technology, Project Management, or other related discipline
- Proficient in MS Office- Word and Excel.
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Demonstrated leadership and research skills
- Excellent communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills
Key Functions/ Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize safety documentation per project
- Read and review blueprint drawings
- Document control, utilizing processes and systems to ensure documents are reviewed and processed accurately and efficiently.
- Review the project site and confirm work is in compliance with drawings and specifications/contract documents
- Review and subcontract invoices in comparison to submitted progress claims
- Ensure compliance with all Occupational Health & Safety Acts applicable to the Province/State in which the project is being executed.
