Job Title: Production Operator / Manufacturing Associate
Location: Welland Ontario
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Job Summary
We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Production Operators / Manufacturing Associates to join our team. Depending on operational needs and experience, associates may be assigned to one of several roles including Batch Off, Compounder, Line Weigh Up, Lab Technician, Millman, or Mixer.
This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow procedures accurately, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities

Perform duties based on assigned role, which may include:

Batch Off operations

Compounding materials
-
Line weigh-up and material preparation
-
Mixing and milling operations
-
Basic lab testing and documentation
-
Accurately measure and weigh materials according to production requirements

Monitor equipment and processes to ensure quality and consistency

Identify and report product or process issues

Follow all safety policies, procedures, and work instructions

Maintain a clean and organized work area
-
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

Complete required production and quality documentation
