Job Full Description
Our client, a Property Management company in Pickering that specializes in Commercial, Residential, and Industrial buildings is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:
- Word processing, lease, and proposal preparation
- Invoicing, receivables, and collection calls
- Fielding phone calls and dealing with tenants
- Maintaining General Office files
- General Office Administration
- Performing other duties as directed and required
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 1-2-years of Administrative experience
- Must have QuickBooks experience
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle a variety of high-pressure situations and work independently
- Strong English verbal and written skills
- Must have pleasant telephone demeanor
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
Bonus Qualifications:
- Property Management experience (asset)
- DocuSign experience (asset)
- Use of various in-house banking platforms (asset)
Compensation and Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 4:00pm
- Pay Rate: $24 per hour
