Job Full Description
Looking ahead: We’re preparing for future hiring needs and are currently accepting applications for potential Accounting Clerk positions.

Responsibilities:
- Process invoices, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Post and reconciliation of journal entries
- Maintain and setup new accounts in database
- Prepare and post weekly and monthly reports
- Apply payments and curate aging reports
- Support customer phone calls
- Complete general office duties (answer phones and emails, filing)
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2-3 years of Accounting experience
- 2-3 years of Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable experience
- Experience using QuickBooks
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) required
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong efficiency and attention to detail skills
Bonus Qualifications:
- Ability to handle a variety of high-pressure situations and work independently
- Strong efficiency and attention to detail skills
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
Compensation and Hours:
- Various shift times
- Pay Rate: $20-24 per hour
