Responsibilities:
- Engage with local businesses to understand their staffing needs and present solutions.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting.
- Conduct high-volume sales calls, set appointments, and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage key meetings and respond to RFPs effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of daily activities in our proprietary database.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Self-starter who can take direction, is eager to learn, and passionate about people.
- Post-secondary diploma/degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Business Management, or Public Relations.
- Minimum 2-3 years of B2B Sales, Business Development, Customer Service, or Digital Marketing experience.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Strong MS Office skills and exceptional communication abilities.
- Ability to see beyond a problem, respond intelligently to situations, and maintain a positive and professional demeanour.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, particularly in presentations; must be able to convey information compellingly and in an organized manner.
- Strong sense of urgency and professionalism.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Prior staffing industry and local market experience is a definite asset.
- Competitive and energetic spirit, agile, sales and team target driven.
Compensation and Schedule:
- Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 plus Commission and Bonuses
- Monday to Friday: 8:00AM to 5:00PM
