Job Full Description
Our client, an established property management firm, is looking for an Accounting/Administrative Assistant to join their team in Toronto!

Responsibilities:
- Accurately process invoices and maintain internal databases
- Perform data entry in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Organize and maintain an effective filing system
- Provide front-desk and reception support (handling calls, courier coordination, client inquiries)
- Assist with general accounting functions and administrative tasks
- Support the Accounting Department with reports and daily operations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of Administrative and Accounting experience
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word)
- Must own a vehicle, drive, and hold a valid driver’s license
- Reliable, organized, and proactive with excellent time management skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience working with Studio (design software, considered an asset)
Compensation and Hours:
- 3 days per week (Monday to Friday): 8:30am to 5:30pm
- Pay Rate: $21-24 per hour (based on experience)
