Job Full Description

Our client, an established property management firm, is looking for an Accounting/Administrative Assistant to join their team in Toronto!

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process invoices and maintain internal databases
  • Perform data entry in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
  • Organize and maintain an effective filing system
  • Provide front-desk and reception support (handling calls, courier coordination, client inquiries)
  • Assist with general accounting functions and administrative tasks
  • Support the Accounting Department with reports and daily operations
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of Administrative and Accounting experience
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks 
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word)
  • Must own a vehicle, drive, and hold a valid driver’s license
  • Reliable, organized, and proactive with excellent time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Studio (design software, considered an asset)

Compensation and Hours:

  • 3 days per week (Monday to Friday): 8:30am to 5:30pm
  • Pay Rate: $21-24 per hour (based on experience)
