Job Full Description
Our client, a company that specializes in constructing and installing synthetic turf fields, is looking for General Labourers for their next project!

Responsibilities:
- Roll up and remove existing turf from fields
- Safely dispose of old turf materials into required bins
- Assist with the installation of new turf on job sites
- Load and unload materials, turf rolls, and tools from company vehicles
- Cut, trim, and shape turf sections to fit field layout
- Clean up debris and ensure the work site is safe, clean, and organized throughout the day
- Follow safety guidelines and work instructions provided by site supervisor
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills:
- 1-2 years of Landscaping and Construction Labour experience
- Physically fit and capable of standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Positive attitude with strong work ethic
- Must be reliable, dependable, and punctual
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience with Turf Installation (asset)
Compensation and Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 7:30am to 4:30pm (varies based on weather conditions)
- Pay Rate: $20 per hour
