Our Pickering client, an innovative company specializing in computer technology and equipment, is looking for an Office Administrator to join their team long-term!

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and vendors via phone and email
- Assist with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable (data entry of invoices and payments into QuickBooks)
- Schedule and coordinate customer appointments and service calls
- Process and manage sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain organized and up-to-date electronic and paper filing systems
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking
- Track incoming and outgoing materials
- Manage social media accounts, create content, post updates, and respond to customer reviews
- Support with general administrative duties such as scanning, filing, and data entry
- Maintain office supplies and assist with day-to-day operational needs
- Performing other tasks as assigned
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2-3 years of Office Administration experience
- Proficient with QuickBooks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Good time management skills, self-motivated and self-directed
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience in Accounting (asset)
- Previous experience in a technology or service-based company
Compensation and Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 4:30pm
- Pay Rate: $19 per hour
