Job Full Description
Our Pickering client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to join their dynamic team!

Responsibilities:
- Process and record GST/HST tax filing
- Manage financial transactions, reconcile accounts, and ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Generate and manage invoices for clients
- Manage bill payments, including reviewing bills for accuracy, preparing payment schedules, and executing online payments
- Maintain and setup new accounts in database
- Complete general office duties (answer phones and emails)
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned
Qualifications and Skills:
- 3-5 years of Accounting experience
- Experience using QuickBooks (Online)
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
- Ability to handle a variety of high-pressure situations and work independently
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience using Sage (asset)
Compensation and Hours:
- 3 days per week: 11:00am to 4:00pm
- Pay Rate: $27-30 per hour
