Our Scarborough client, an established company specializing in instrumentation and Hygiene Monitoring Systems, is looking for a Shipping & Office Assistant to join their team!

Responsibilities:
- Handle shipping operations with courier companies
- Label all incoming new products accurately
- Unpack, prepare, and pack instrumentation and monitoring equipment for shipment or storage
- Perform filing and document organization
- Assist with other office functions (data entry, inventory support, general administrative tasks)
- Process customer orders accurately
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2-3 years of Shipping experience
- 2-3 years of Office Administration experience
- Strong computer knowledge with proficiency in using MS Excel
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience in Website content management (asset)
- Familiarity with technical, scientific, or regulated industries – HACCP, food safety, or monitoring systems (asset)
Compensation and Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 5:00pm
- Pay Rate: $21 per hour
