Shift: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Vaughan, ON. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle order processing and light assembly tasks. This is a full-time, on-site role with a steady weekday schedule.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email

Process orders efficiently and accurately

Manage shipping and receiving tasks

Assist with basic assembly work as required

Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and transactions

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment

Deliver exceptional service and maintain a professional attitude at all times
Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of customer service experience

Experience handling orders via phone and email

Excellent command of spoken and written English (French is an asset)

Familiarity with shipping, receiving, and light assembly processes

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Graphics experience is highly preferred and considered a strong asset
