Sales Development Representative
Location: Hybrid (GTA & Surrounding Areas)
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $55,000–$70,000/year + Uncapped Commission
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $90,000
The Role
We are seeking a process-driven and competitive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our growing sales efforts. You will work closely with the President and outbound sales team to identify and qualify strategic prospects, and help expand our presence across various markets.
Key Responsibilities

Research and identify strategic prospects across Commercial, Institutional, Industrial, and Multi-Family markets.

Conduct outbound outreach via email and phone to secure meetings with qualified leads.

Manage outreach workflows and sales opportunities through CRM tools.

Collaborate with the outbound sales team to support pipeline development and closing efforts.
Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Competitive mindset with a drive to succeed.

Interest in energy efficiency, HVAC, or Building Automation.

Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills.

Basic understanding of HVAC or a related technical field (preferred but not required).

1 year of sales experience (preferred).
