Our client is a fast-growing apparel production company specializing in high-volume custom screen printing. We work with businesses, brands, and organizations to produce high-quality uniforms and branded apparel across a wide range of garments, sizes, and colours.
Our services include automated screen printing, direct-to-film (DTF) printing, and full finishing solutions—delivering durable, cost-effective products that stand out wash after wash.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator to run and maintain automated screen-printing equipment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced production environment, has strong attention to detail, and takes pride in producing high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities
· Operate automated screen-printing machines efficiently and safely
· Set up jobs, including screens, inks, and garment alignment
· Monitor print quality and adjust ensure consistency
· Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines
· Inspect finished products for defects and ensure quality standards are met
Work closely with production and finishing teams to meet deadlines
· Follow all safety procedures and workplace policies
· Qualifications
· 2–3 years of experience operating screen printing or similar automated production machines
· Experience in apparel printing or manufacturing is a strong asset
· Familiarity with direct-to-film (DTF) printing is an asset
· Ability to read and follow job specifications and production orders
· Strong attention to detail and quality control
· Good communication skills in English
Physical Requirements
· Ability to stand for extended periods of time
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
· Ability to lift and move materials as needed (up to 30 lbs.)
