Express Employment Professionals St. Catharines is recruiting an HR Administrator for a well-known Niagara Region employer. This role is an approximate 3-month contract to be filled immediately with the right candidate

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with on-sight HR team
- Assist with the completion of time sensitive projects
- Confidential employee file maintenance (ADP experience an asset)
- Internal file sorting and management
- Daily data entry, tracking, maintenance
- Coordinate employee appreciation/awards program
Skills for Success:
- Post Secondary Diploma in HR Administration or 2-year equivalent work experience in HR setting
- Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
- Highly organized (ability to manage multiple priorities)
- Strong communication skills (written and oral)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR administration role (asset)
- Ability to pivot and shuffle priorities to meet changing deadlines/demands
- Initiative and ability to see a task to completion in a timely manner
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm (approx. 3 months)
Wage: $19.00/hour
