Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals St. Catharines are currently looking for a Part-time Pre-Work Electronics Assembler/Fabricator. This is a part time role offering approximately 22 hours/week in St. Catharines. Do you have strong attention to detail and fine finger dexterity? Are you good working with small electrical components and parts? If so, we want to hear from you.
Job Duties:
- Solder and manually assemble various electronic components such as resistors,
diodes, transistors, capacitors, integrated circuits, switches, wires and other electronic
parts to designated locations on printed circuit boards
- Assemble micro circuits requiring fine hand assembly, the use of microscopes and
adherence to cleanroom procedures
- Install, mount, fasten, align and adjust parts, components, wiring and harnesses to
subassemblies and assemblies using hand and small power tools
- Operate with manually tools to position, solder and clean prescribed components on
printed circuit boards
- Operate and monitor process equipment to fabricate electronic components, solder,
clean, seal and stamp components and perform other process operations as specified
- May replace defective components and repair and overhaul older devices.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am – 12:30pm
Wage: $18.00/hour
