Job Full Description
Jr CNC Machinist / Apprentice
We are looking for a motivated Junior CNC Machinist at the apprentice level who is eager to grow their skills and gain hands-on experience in CNC machining and programming.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with setup and operation of CNC machines under supervision
- Learn CNC programming, offsets, and tooling
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and job instructions
- Perform part inspections and basic quality checks
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Support daily shop operations as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Entry-level or apprentice CNC machining experience or education (2 years is an asset)
- Strong interest in learning CNC programming and advanced machining skills
- Willingness to learn from and train under a Journeyman Machinist
- Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Reliable, motivated, and eager to grow
