Senior Project Coordinator

About the Role:
Our client is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to manage and oversee large-scale projects ($1M-$10M) from initiation to completion. This role involves handling project schedules, budgets, documentation, and stakeholder coordination to ensure seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in full project life cycle management—planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
- Oversee material handling projects, coordinating budgets, contracts, expenses, and procurement.
- Maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports for stakeholders.
- Manage project documentation, including BOM uploads, reporting, and tracking in ERP systems.
- Ensure project milestones are met while maintaining quality and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in structural or material handling.
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Proficiency in risk assessment, budgeting, scheduling, and supplier/client performance reporting.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
- Experience with AutoCAD and advanced MS Office applications.
