Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Toronto, Full Time, Permanent Placement
Our client, a well-established company located in the Toronto area is looking for a full time Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their team.
Customer Service Duties
- Place and enter client orders into system
- Take inbound client phone calls, handle inquiries and issues
- Handle English and French business clients
- Provide customer service support, solve issues as they arise
- Day-to-day correspondence via fax and email
- Organize files and paperwork
- Process requests for deliveries
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
- 5 years Customer service and client relations experience
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills – both French and English
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- Time management skills - Ability to prioritize tasks to effectively meet clients’ needs
- Stable work history
- Resourceful and flexible to take on addition duties as required
This is an excellent long term, full time opportunity located in North Toronto around the intersection of Dufferin and Lawrence.
Pay is $23/hr to start. Location is TTC accessible, and parking is available.
