Estimator – Tile & Stone Fabrication Projects
Full-Time | up to $80,000/year (Based on Experience)
A well-established tile contracting and granite fabrication company is looking for an Estimator with a sharp eye for detail and strong project coordination skills. If you know your way around drawings, take-offs, and client specs — and have a solid background in construction estimating — this one’s for you.
What You’ll Own

Review tender documents, drawings, and project specifications.

Perform quantity take-offs for tile, granite, and other hard-surface materials.

Liaise with clients, architects, and designers throughout the project cycle.

Track and monitor projects from start to completion, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Who will thrive here

You MUST HAVE at least 5years of estimating experience in flooring, stonework or tile projects.

You have strong working knowledge of hard surfaces, tile, and stonework industries.

You have solid computer and organizational skills — you know how to manage multiple bids and deadlines.

You have a post-secondary education in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.

You are a self-motivated, detail-oriented approach — you’re the kind of professional who gets it right the first time.
