A hands-on manufacturing operation specializing in motorcycle seat assembly is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor who thrives on the production floor. If you’re confident leading hourly teams, managing quality control, and keeping a fast-paced assembly environment running smoothly — this role is built for you.

What You’ll Own

  • Spend approximately 70% of your time on the production floor working closely with the assembly team, and 30% on administrative/computer work.
  • Supervise a team of 25–35 employees, including hiring, training, coaching, performance management, and terminations when required.
  • Oversee quality control, particularly for metal fabricated parts.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and verify component accuracy.
  • Support production planning activities as needed.
  • Ensure safety compliance and maintain a safe, organized work environment.
  • Provide daily leadership, communication, and problem-solving support.

Who Will Thrive Here

  • You MUST HAVE 5+ years of experience in a production or assembly-line environment.
  • You have a background in quality control, ideally involving metal fabrication.
  • You are comfortable in a hands-on, small-team manufacturing environment.
  • You bring strong leadership experience managing hourly assembly teams.
  • You can confidently read and interpret technical drawings.
  • You have excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

 Why You’ll Love It Here

  • Work a steady Monday–Friday day shift (7:30 AM – 4:30 PM).
  • Enjoy a full benefits package fully paid by the employer.
  • Receive 2 weeks vacation, plus a paid holiday shutdown from Christmas Eve to New Year’s Day.
  • Join a close-knit team where your leadership directly impacts production quality and workflow.

If you have hands-on production leadership experience and a strong background in assembly operations, please send your resume to vim.duller@expresspros.com.
