Marketing Manager
Location: On-site with Hybrid Flexibility

Our client is a well-established Canadian manufacturer of industrial loading dock and access equipment. They design and distribute high-quality products through a strong dealer network across North America.
Position Overview
The Marketing Manager is a hands-on, individual contributor role responsible for all marketing and branding activities. This position blends strategy, graphic design, technical documentation, digital marketing, and event coordination in a B2B industrial environment.
This role does not manage staff and requires someone comfortable executing projects independently from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain brand consistency across all materials
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns aligned with business goals
- Create and design product brochures, spec sheets, manuals, signage, and safety decals
- Manage product marketing across multiple industrial product lines
- Update and manage the company website (WordPress)
- Execute email campaigns (Mailchimp) and manage digital presence
- Capture and edit product photography
- Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate with vendors
- Plan and coordinate trade shows and company events
- Conduct basic market and competitor research
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of hands-on marketing experience (B2B or manufacturing preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
- Experience with WordPress and email marketing platforms
- Strong graphic design, copywriting, and technical editing skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed
