Job Full Description
Data Entry into Quickbooks, Answering in-bound calls, making outbound calls as required, customer service (walk-in customers), payment processing (cash and cheque payments), printing invoices, bringing product to customers, handling packages up to 25 pounds, very good English language skills, very easy to understand on the phone, College degree preferred, excellent attention to detail, good basic math, able to use a measuring tape, able to deal with difficult/rude clients (occasionally); someone with common sense. Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm
