Job Full Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Dispatcher to support adaily transportation operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels in communication and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage driver dispatch, scheduling, and routing
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to resolve issues
- Monitor driver productivity, compliance, and Hours of Service
- Handle order entry, appointment bookings, and system updates
- Maintain accurate records and support next-day planning
Qualifications:
- Dispatch or transportation experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge of E-logs and Hours of Service is an asset
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (overtime as required)
