Job Full Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Representataive to support customer service, pricing, order management, and procurement activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Process and track customer orders from entry to delivery.
- Prepare pricing, quotations, and reports.
- Resolve order, pricing, and customer issues.
- Maintain ERP data, purchase orders, and product information.
- Liaise with customers, sales, production, and procurement teams.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of customer service, order management, or inside sales experience
- Strong ERP and Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Purchasing or pricing experience is an asset.
