Our client located in Maidstone is looking to hire an Administrative Accounting Assistant.
Job Duties for Administrative Accounting Assistant:
- Greeting visitors and answering phones.
- Adjusting service schedule and printing master schedule for review.
- Managing office supplies
- Maintain accurate filing
- Booking building inspections
- Monitoring, redirecting, and answering emails
- Drafting documents and quotes
- Assist with various office projects and tasks
- Take payments – credit card
- A/R, A/P
- Backup for Bookkeeper
- Process Payroll
- Prepare and remit HST, Source Deductions, WSIB, Corporate Tax and EHT
Experience & Requirements of Administrative Accounting Assistant:
- 5-10 years of Office Admin
- 2-5 years Bookkeeping. Sage 300 (preferred).
- Post-Secondary Accreditation in Accounting or Bookkeeping.
- Experience in Construction industry (preferred)
Compensation & Hours of Administrative Accounting Assistant:
- $20.00-$25.00/hour

- Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm
