Do you have a positive attitude with an upbeat attitude? If so, this is an excellent opportunity for both experienced and inexperienced candidates. Express is recruiting for Part Time Office Clerk on behalf our client.
Responsibilities of the Part Time Office Clerk include:
- Company database entry and research
- Minimum filing / Invoice Balancing ( when someone buys instore product)
- Customer Service (training materials will be provided)
- Calling out on client database / Warm Calls – scheduling appointments
- Light office cleaning
- May be required to open/close store
Experience of the Part Time Office Clerk includes:
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- 6 months in a Customer Service Environment preferred
- Past sales experience is a bonus
Hours and Pay for Part Time Office Clerk include:
- Pay Rate of $20.00/hr
- 20 hours per week 10a-5p and alternate Saturdays
- On a bus route
