EXPRESS EMPLOYMENT PROFESSIONALS is seeking a certified forklift operator who MUST hold valid certification through a recognized training centre in Canada. The successful candidate must be qualified to operate compliant mobile equipment in accordance with federal & regional regulations and industry standards. 3-5 years’ operating experience is preferred.
Must have knowledge pertaining to the following areas: - Occupational Health & Safety Act and Legislation - Fundamentals of Class 1-7 lift truck operation - Stability characteristics of a forklift - Components of a lift truck - Operating controls - Load handling, data plates, safety equipment - Proper fuel handling
