This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in dynamic environments, take direction well, and thrive on accomplishing tasks as a team. You’ll play a key role in safely handling, packing, moving, and setting up items for residential and commercial clients. A background check and completion of mandatory online training courses are required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and enforce all Health, Safety & Environmental policies and procedures.
• Participate actively in all safety programs and follow workplace safety legislation.
• Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to work.
• Assist in packing, wrapping, lifting, and transporting items with care and efficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces and equipment.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and represent the company with a positive, professional attitude.
• Follow detailed job site instructions from team leads or supervisors.
• Accurately complete required paperwork (e.g., work orders, item checklists).
• Identify and report any issues, damages, or concerns immediately.
• Maintain a strong team presence and communicate effectively with all personnel.

Duties Required:

• Ability to lift, push/pull up to 60 lbs independently and over 100 lbs with assistance.
• Use proper lifting techniques and equipment (e.g., dollies, straps, blankets).
• Handle high-value or delicate items with attention to detail.
• Comfortable kneeling, climbing stairs/ladders, and maneuvering in tight spaces.
• Read, write, and speak English well enough to follow instructions and interact with clients.
• Willingness to work in various environments (residential homes, commercial spaces, warehouses).
• Use mobile devices or tablets for job documentation and communication.
