Express is currently seeking an experienced Cladding Carpenter to join our reputable clients’ growing construction team, specializing in condominium repair and remediation projects. This role is critical in restoring building exteriors to high standards of safety, quality, and appearance.

Requirements & Responsibilities – Condo Repair Focus

• 3–5 years of experience in exterior repairs, including wall cladding systems, building envelope remediation, and restoration work; ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Skilled in the use of hand and power tools, physically fit to work at heights, and knowledgeable in safety regulations and site procedures.
• Perform installation, repair, and replacement of exterior cladding systems, insulation, membranes, flashings, and related building envelope components.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized worksite while completing required safety, QA/QC, and project documentation.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and site contacts; work flexible hours across multiple condo sites (valid driver’s license an asset).
