About the Role
We’re looking for a professional and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in fast‑paced corporate environments. This role suits someone who communicates clearly, manages multiple priorities well, and maintains a polished, reliable presence.
Key Responsibilities
- General administrative support, filing, data entry, and email management
- Answering and transferring calls (multi‑line systems)
- Calendar management and scheduling meetings/events/travel
- Preparing agendas and taking/distributing meeting minutes
- Setting up meeting rooms and coordinating logistics
- Receiving, shipping, and distributing mail and packages
- Assisting with invoicing and basic hands‑on bookkeeping tasks
Qualifications
- 1–2+ years in an administrative or corporate office role
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office and phone systems
- Experience with agendas, minutes, scheduling, and calendar management
- Professional, polite, and presentable
- Open to temp/casual/on‑call assignments
- Driving is highly desirable
- Able to start immediately and attend interviews on short notice
