Our Client, a retailer of modular homes, seeks an Operations Assistant to support the Red Deer Service Manager. The ideal candidate combines exceptional people skills with strong technical understanding to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction and smooth operations. They must be highly organized, comfortable with computers, and take pride in their work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule home setups, service, contractors, and trucking.
- Maintain the show home village’s appearance.
- Provide technical support to customers and sales staff as needed.
- Conduct customer walkthroughs.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism.
- Perform site checks to assess requirements for placing homes on customer lots.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional people skills, with an approachable, customer-focused attitude.
- Strong technical understanding of construction or modular home setups (e.g., framing, siding, carpentry).
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency with computers.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality work with pride in customer service and technical accuracy.
- Clean driver’s license.
- Able to work full-time, Monday–Friday.
- Reliable, long-term candidate with varied experience.
