Job Full Description
Our client, a growing residential property management company, is seeking a hands-on Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of multiple properties across Central Alberta.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including inspections, documentation, and photos
- Conduct monthly property inspections and weekly building walkthroughs
- Post notices (including eviction notices) and maintain proper records
- Manage maintenance requests, schedule contractors, and ensure timely completion
- Perform routine boiler checks and report any issues
- Schedule unit turnovers including cleaning, repairs, and inspections
- Respond to tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records for access fobs, inspections, and work orders
- Assist with contractor quotes, evictions, and general operational support

- Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience in property management, maintenance coordination, or operations
- Comfortable working directly with tenants and handling time-sensitive issues
- Detail-oriented with solid follow-through
- Flexibility for occasional on-call/weekend rotation
