Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage incoming customer orders with accuracy using QuickBooks
- Communicate directly with B2B clients to address inquiries, provide product details, and resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and order history using CRM software (HubSpot)
- Support the invoicing process and complete general administrative tasks as required
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment
- Handle inbound phone calls and emails professionally while delivering a high level of service
Requirements:
- Strong background in customer service, with experience supporting business clients preferred
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for order entry and invoicing
- Proficient in using CRM tools; HubSpot experience is considered an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities
- Comfortable working independently as well as within a team-oriented environment
