We are seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and detail-oriented Front Office Coordinator to join our growing team part-time ( Only on Mondays and Wednesdays). This key role requires strong administrative skills and the ability to manage a variety of responsibilities while maintaining excellent customer service standards. The Front Office Coordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, assisting with recruiting tasks, and shortlisting applicants to ensure the timely placement of candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary.
- Shortlisting Applicants for recruiting.
- Manage appointment schedules and coordinate meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and organized front office area.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and inventory management and execute payroll.
- Support various departments with special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or higher preferred.
- Previous experience in a front office or administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service.
Salary and Schedule :
- $18-$22 per hour and benefits package.
- Monday to Friday-8 AM-5 PM with 1 hour unpaid break
