We are seeking an Inside Sales / Employment Specialist to join our team. This role is a key contributor to our office operations, with a primary focus on efficiently filling job orders from our client companies. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain a strong network of qualified associates across various functions, ensuring timely placement of candidates to meet client needs. We are currently hiring for Light Industrial and Skilled Trades sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fill job orders promptly and efficiently.
- Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees.
- Manage and oversee the contract workforce.
- Conduct business in accordance with company policies and applicable legal guidelines.
- Expand business opportunities by building strong relationships with clients and prospects.
- Engage in cold calling to generate new leads.
- Conduct weekly on-site client visits.
- Achieve daily and weekly targets consistently.
Qualifications:
- Stable employment history, with at least one year at each previous employer.
- Minimum of one full year of inside sales experience.
- Reliable transportation and a valid Class 5 driver’s license.
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to meet targets and work under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of the Commercial Industry, Trades, and Skilled Trades is an asset.
- Previous experience in recruiting, inside sales, account management, or related fields is required.
- Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Personable, determined, and driven to make a positive impact.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
