Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist residents and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail and correspondence
  • Maintain resident records and organized filing systems
  • Receive and process rent payments and issue receipts
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and general office tasks
  • Provide administrative support to office staff as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional
  • Asset: Experience working with a non-profit organization or volunteering in an administrative or office setting. Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
