Set-Up Supervisor – Afternoon & Day Shifts | $80K–$90K
Location: Guelph, ON
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: $80,000 – $90,000/year
Express Guelph is thrilled to partner with our incredible client, a well-established and respected organization headquartered right here in Guelph, to find a talented Set-Up Supervisor to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and supervise scheduled production activities
-
Monitor and maintain quality and production levels
-
Ensure all production quality procedures are followed accurately
-
Manage and reduce scrap and rework levels
-
Maintain a clean and organized plant floor (good housekeeping practices)
-
Promote and enforce safe work practices and compliance with Health and Safety laws
Shifts:
-
Rotating Schedule
-
Day Shift: Monday–Thursday, 7:00am–4:30pm | Friday, 7:00am–1:00pm

Afternoon Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:30pm–3:00am

Overtime Available
Qualifications:
-
Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
-
Strong knowledge of metal stamping processes
-
Proven leadership abilities and team management skills
-
Tooling and maintenance experience is considered an asset
Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive salary: $80,000 – $90,000 annually
