Are you a customer-focused professional with a background in electrical distribution and a passion for delivering exceptional service? Our client, a rapidly growing company in Guelph, is seeking a dedicated Inside Sales / Quotes Specialist to join their dynamic team!
Primary Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide top-tier support through product sourcing, order entry, quoting, and issue resolution
- Communicate with clients primarily via phone and email
- Promote new products and services to support business growth
- Collaborate with Outside Sales staff to meet shared sales objectives
- Recommend and deliver custom product solutions tailored to client needs
- Ensure timely order processing and daily review of backorders
- Maintain a professional image and uphold the company’s ISO quality standards
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Completion of a 2-year or 3-year Electrical Technology program
- Prior experience in electrical distribution or a related industry
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Confident with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills
