Customer Success Specialist (3-Month Contract)
Location: Guelph, ON | On-Site | Full-Time (40 hours/week)
We’re hiring on behalf of a growing company in Guelph seeking a Customer Success Specialist for a 3-month full-time contract. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, solving problems, and ensuring clients get maximum value from the services they receive.
Contract Length: 3 months
Pay: $22.00–$24.00 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
About the Role
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will play a critical role in onboarding new clients, managing pilot programs, and conducting quarterly business reviews. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external customers to ensure a seamless experience and long-term satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding: Lead new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth start and a strong understanding of services and tools.
- Pilot Programs: Coordinate and manage pilot programs for new clients, ensuring expectations are met and feedback is collected for continuous improvement.
- Quarterly Business Reviews: Conduct regular QBRs to assess progress, review goals, and identify opportunities for added value.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact, maintaining strong relationships and understanding client needs to provide tailored solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to create a cohesive and positive customer experience.
- Training and Support: Deliver training sessions, create educational materials, and support clients in using the products effectively.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s offerings to better support and educate customers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal skills
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to tailor solutions based on customer needs
- Experience with CRM systems and support tools
- Collaborative team player who’s also capable of working independently
- Focused on results, customer satisfaction, and long-term engagement
