Job Title: Bookkeeper / Administrator – QuickBooks Required

Express Employment Professionals Guelph is hiring on behalf of a reputable company in Guelph looking to add a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper/Administrator to their growing team.

Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping (60% of the role):
- Perform full-cycle bookkeeping using QuickBooks (2+ years experience required)
- Manage and reconcile inventory records
- Process sales transactions and handle cash/credit payments
- Conduct regular bank runs
- Prepare and process vehicle documentation (titles and registrations)
Administrative Support (40% of the role):
- Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate personnel
- Maintain and update customer records and files
- Perform general office duties: filing, data entry, invoicing, managing correspondence
- Work with Microsoft Excel for reports and data management
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Experience with QuickBooks is REQUIRED
- Valid Ontario G Driver’s License (bank runs required)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a busy office environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general office software
- No travel required; all work is performed on-site
