Customer Success & Training Content Specialist – Hybrid
6-Month Contract | $4,500–$5,450/month
Location: Guelph, ON – 2 to 3 days/week in office
Express Employment Professionals is hiring on behalf of a reputable and innovative tech company seeking a Customer Success & Training Content Specialist to join their team on a 6-month contract. In this hybrid role, you will support customer success through onboarding, feature adoption, and engaging content creation, all while working closely with a high-performing customer support team.
What You’ll Do:
- Onboard and train new software users for a smooth start
- Support and engage existing users to drive adoption of hardware, desktop, and mobile apps
- Launch new software features to users effectively and creatively
- Collaborate with customer support to boost customer satisfaction, retention, and renewal
- Use tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Constant Contact, Bigin CRM, Vimeo, and Camtasia to create training and marketing content
What You Bring:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish STRONG Asset (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to thrive independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, training, or marketing for software/hardware products
- Professional communication and a strong sense of teamwork
Contract Details:
- 6-month term
- Hybrid model – 2–3 days/week in-office (Guelph, ON)
- Compensation: $4,500 – $5,450/month ($27,000 – $32,700 total)
