On‑Site Coordinator – Temporary Workforce

🔍 What you’ll be doing
As our On‑Site Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person at our client’s manufacturing location, making sure everything runs efficiently and our temporary associates shine.
On a typical day, you’ll:

Guide, support, and empower temporary associates
- Support the flow of recruitment and onboarding.

Serve as the bridge between Express, our client, and associates

Track attendance, performance, and quality standards

Ensure safety, compliance, and smooth on-site operations

Handle questions, concerns, and escalation when needed

Coordinate shifts, breaks, and coverage with the Express team
🚀 Who you are

You’ve spent 3–5 years in recruitment or staffing, ideally working with temporary or contract roles

You're a natural leader with great communication and relationship skills

You feel comfortable working directly on-site in manufacturing settings

You’re resourceful, adaptable, and thrive when solving real-time challenges

You’re passionate about coaching and motivating associates to succeed
- Compliance and following procedure is no sweat
